LPH Parking Permit Fee: 20.00 USD (Due on designated campus registration nights)

At the completion of this form, you will receive a confirmation email that will place you in a verification queue. This form does not guarantee you to receive a student parking permit. All students must meet campus and district requirements in order to be issued a student parking permit.

• Proof of Liability Insurance (Student’s name and car MUST be on policy)
• $20.00 fee
• Car must have Texas Plates
• Must be clear of all fines
